1. Where does the company operate from?
   We operate from New Jersey and California.
   
   
2. What types of payment do you accept? 
   We accept payment from PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. AfterPay will be available soon!
   
   
3. Is delivery free? 
   We offer free delivery on all orders across the USA!
   
   
4. How long is delivery? 
   We are a company that has warehouses in both New Jersey and California. Most products take 5-10 days to be delivered, but it can be up to 14 days for rural areas.
   
   
5. Do you offer a guarantee? 
   Yes we do! We offer refunds for any reason for the first 14 days after delivery. If your item arrives faulty or isn’t the right fit for you, we offer a 60 day return guarantee. We do require proof of faulty items prior to use.

6. Why is the wrong item in my cart?

Make sure that when you want to add an item to your cart, you have used the selectors below the add to cart button to choose the colour, size or quantity that you want. Then click add to cart to get that item in your cart.

When you want to get rid of the wrong item in your cart, click the cart button in the top right of the page. All the items in your cart will show there. You can then click the "remove" button next to the product you do not want.
